Corporate Team Experiences
Strengthen communication, collaboration, trust, and leadership through meaningful interaction with ponies in a calm and supportive environment.
A Different Approach to Team Building
Most teams spend their days solving problems, managing responsibilities, and working towards shared goals. Sometimes the best way to strengthen those relationships is to step outside the normal work environment.
At Charis Pony Support, team experiences use guided interaction with ponies to create opportunities for communication, observation, leadership, trust, and collaboration.
These are not riding sessions and no previous horse experience is required. Instead, teams work together through structured activities that encourage learning, reflection, and meaningful connection in a relaxed outdoor setting.
Why Ponies?
Ponies respond honestly and consistently to the people around them.
They don't respond to job titles, qualifications, or workplace hierarchy. Instead, they respond to communication, confidence, trust, consistency, and teamwork.
This creates a unique opportunity for teams to explore how they work together, solve problems, and support one another in a completely different environment.
Often the lessons learned alongside ponies are surprisingly transferable back into everyday work and team relationships.
